I saw the memory frames on the website but when I tried to order them there was a problem. I emailed Angie at Livi's to explain the problem and to my surprise I received a reply almost immediately. Whilst this in itself is pretty good, the fact that it was at 8 o'clock was a real surprise, then to make things even better we embarked on a lovely conversation, via email, but nothing was too much trouble for her. With customer service like that her business is bound to go from strength to strength. As for the items themselves, they were perfect, exactly as advertised and arrived on on time.
